Sıva Odası 25

As in other apartments, the reception rooms in Unit 5 are located in the north. One of the easternmost rooms is called the Stucco Room (25), which covers an area of approximately 23 square meters. This room is accessed by descending two steps from the peristyle courtyard (24).

The floor features a polychrome mosaic with a geometric pattern, which is related to the wall decoration.

There is a damaged layer of wall decoration on three walls, except for the north wall:

The socle consists of a white band with small and large plates. The small ones are marble with red stripes, while the large ones imitate black and green marble. Above the socle, there's a rounded plaster.

The main area consists of dark red rectangular spaces, approximately 1 cm high. These monochrome red areas are within 20 cm wide white plastered profile borders, imitating marble panels.
